      They only retain raw unencrypted data for 48 hours: it is then anonymised and de-identified. There is a massive emphasis on ethics of data collection and 'ethical surveillance' (my phrase not theirs) #OCLCEMEARC18

        They are being very open and transparent with the users about this surveillance: posters, etc. within the main library detail the process and their reasoning for it #OCLCEMEARC18
