  1. My favourite thing in Primo Back Office is when you click a link and it just plain and simple takes you to the wrong page. Blatant.

      Having never gone through a procurement process for a discovery system, do library workers get to try Primo Back Office before purchasing?

        I'm speaking from experience of library systems suppliers giving presentations to libraries in which they do not even /show/ the interface.
