The redesign started with livery changes but this didn't touch the core user experience. As Borg says. "UX is about more than UI." #UKSG18

Advice from starting a project as a Lean / Agile project: just because your original project plan doesn't work, that doesn't mean that the project won't work. Revise and resubmit #UKSG18
