  1. I wasn't sure I was enjoying Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017) while I was watching it but I can't stop thinking about certain scenes and the tiny but hugely significant gestures that Frances McDormand kept making so I think I might have loved the film.

      She just has such control over how her body and face express herself so significantly. There's a certain gesture she does in the 'deer scene' that I can't stop thinking about because it epitomized so much of her character.
