Since my brother lent me his Wii U to play Breath of the Wild, I've been thinking about handheld gaming and Nintendo 3DS vs. PS Vita.

On the one hand, Vita would allow me to remote play my PS4. On the other, the games library isn't great and skews towards games-as-art games

The 3DS has a much better games library including loads of retro games but wouldn't integrate with my PS4 or my console playing.

On the other other hand, if the Nintendo Switch were confirmed as getting Virtual Console retro games, that would be a very tempting option.
