    1. An exciting parkrun this morning where I may have set a new PB for 5k. I privately felt like I'd topped out my 5k without devoting dedicated training to improving. Waiting for the parkrun official time since my phone's GPS was a little wonky over the first kilometre.

    Not a personal best as it turns out. Second fastest time at parkrun and 13th place in my age category.
