    1. There are literally dozens of Google support threads going back years from people telling Google that Google Calendar's sync from .ics files hosted online (e.g. from Microsoft Outlook) doesn't work and they haven't done a thing about it.

    One of the biggest companies in the world and I have to use a Google Apps Script maintained by some dude called Derek to make their calendar application work. github.com/derekantrican/GAS-ICS-Sync
