Voted to REJECT the offer from UCEA to @ucu on pay and conditions. The conditions portion is a promise of jam tomorrow and the pay portion is a real-terms pay cut. We need to focus on the marking & assessment boycott to make the bosses take this seriously.On Internet Archive
