We don't strike for ourselves, we strike out of solidarity so I'm happy for my colleagues getting their pensions back (though progress looks negligible to me). This sets a terrible precedent for negotiations: any time the employers make these kind of miniscule concessions, they can now demand that we cease strike action because we did it before. I feel betrayed and utterly deflated by this decision.Permalink On Internet Archive
