A reminder that a strike doesn't always involve a physical picket. If you work for an organisation where the workers are striking, there is a conceptual picket around all that organisation's buildings and a digital picket around all that organisation's online systems. #UCUstrikesOn Internet Archive

Even if a building isn't physically picketed, you can cross a picket by entering it on a strike day. Or by checking your email on a strike day. Popping in to a building where the workers are on strike to use the bathroom is still crossing a picket. #UCUstrikesPermalink On Internet Archive
