  1. Been thinking about Cronenberg's COSMOPOLIS. Cold and alienating, it's a reflection of capitalism. As AMERICAN PSYCHO is to Reaganite capitalism, COSMOPOLIS is to 21st c. neoliberalism, a form of capitalism so emotionally denuded that it can't even acknowledge its sociopathy.
