During our most recent journey from Glasgow to Manchester, the Avanti staff at Glasgow told us that they'd been breaking up fights over Avanti trains on the reg. Staff shouldn't be put in that position because the managers can't run a train company. @jwoodfilm/1566354660310523908On Internet Archive
