Our washer-dryer has broken again: the third time in 12 months. It's still under warranty so @Hoover_UK (eventually) get us a repair and @curryspcworld won't give a refund because it's not "beyond repair" so we're expected to live in this perpetual cycle of breakage and repair.On Internet Archive
