    1. Celebrating my graduation on the balcony with a dram of the finest whisky I own, the Glenlivet Nàdurra 16 year old. Sadly this dram leaves only one sip left in the bottle but there we are: whiskies are for drinking.

    Treated myself to a Taiwanese single malt. I've been reading a lot about Taiwanese whisky and wanted to try some for myself. This one is very fruity and sweet with a long finish.

      Because of the high ambient temperature in some Taiwanese distilleries, the angel's share can be huge compared to Scottish distilleries. Up to 10-12% lost from the casks every year.
