On a streak of curiousity, I wanted to look up the origins of the urban myth / legend that German tourists get up early to put towels on sunbeds at Mediterranean resort complexes. The only newspaper I can find reporting on this is the Telegraph which perhaps gives me my answer.On Internet Archive
