      1. Looked at new TVs earlier and the labelling of 'HD Ready' and 'Full HD' is such an egregious marketing racket designed to confuse consumers. Calling them 720p and 1080p TVs respectively would be a lot clearer.

    Particularly annoying is that both our old TV and our projector are Full HD so I feel like I must have looked up this information before in the past and it's just slipped out of my head because it's the kind of boring minutiae that I just can't retain.
