      Would I advise on going through the process of buying property during a global health crisis while trying to finish a part-time Masters and working full-time? No. But it's over now.

    Some things we'll be able to do in our new flat that we can't do in our current rented flat: - Open the bathroom window. - Read the electricity meter without going into the property downstairs and climbing a ladder. - Paint the walls. - Both be in the kitchen at the same time.
