      @JamesBSumner @drmcarley @ncdominie @yvonnezlam Most university libraries use Ex Libris Primo and it's in Ex Libris' commercial interest for their product to promote resources from their own aggregated content database (book reviews) over resources locally held (physical books) by default.

    @JamesBSumner @drmcarley @ncdominie @yvonnezlam It means that they can continue charging university libraries £70-100 grand a year for an inferior search system and central index database because they can demonstrate that, look, loads of your users clicked on book reviews this month, they love them!
