Made my last tuition fee payment for my second MA this morning and finished a draft of my last essay for the course (barring the dissertation) last night. This last term was definitely toughest between strikes and COVID-19 so it feels good to be making progress.On Internet Archive

This degree course hasn't been cheap (though the Union Learn discount on my fees as a UCU member helped unionlearn.org.uk/higher-education-discounts-trade-union-members) but it's been so worth it. I've got so much out of it and really enjoyed it.Permalink On Internet Archive

I credit the course with getting me to a point where I feel confident writing film reviews and getting them published as well as presenting on cultural studies stuff at @Fantastic_Next. Hopefully this'll all lead to more cultural studies work in the future.Permalink On Internet Archive
