        They never mention 'solidarity' in relation to themselves and only mention it in the piece once in a sentence where they talk about they hope UCU will do despite being a member of the union and therefore /being/ UCU.

      It strikes me as massively individualist and contributes to the forgetting of union activity as collective action, as action of soldarity, as being about more than yourself.
