@senorcthulhu Yeah, on the other hand, I don't want to be too prescriptive about language (or indeed gender) esp. as a cis white man. The important thing is people's lived experience of this abuse and how they choose to describe it is somewhat immaterial.Permalink On Internet Archive

@senorcthulhu For me, I guess I didn't want to apply the term 'gaslighting' because, as a cis white man, I still had more privilege than others in the same position and I didn't want to dilute the power of the term 'gaslighting' for them. If that makes sense.On Internet Archive
