@moananddrone Goodness me, I don't expect a full reply from the organisation and the Trustees but an acknowledgement email to say that the letter has officially been received and handed off to someone would take next to no time. Our SLA to reply in an IT department is much shorter than 48 hrs.On Internet Archive
