My workplace has today launched a tool for anonymously reporting bullying and harassment across the university, for students or staff. The real test will be management's action on reports but building mechanisms and processes is a step in the right direction for HE.On Internet Archive

Bullying is rife in HE and, having confronted bullies and abusers in the past, I've felt the impact professionally. I wish this kind of tool had been available at previous workplaces where I've had to engage with processes that fail to account for ingrained power structures.Permalink On Internet Archive
