We went to see In Fabric (2019) based almost entirely on @wittertainment's review of it as "Suspiria meets Are You Being Served?". It's really strange and atmospheric and also hilarious in its black comedy moments. A real sense of horror comes from the nailed '80s aesthetic.

The sound design and the soundtrack are both absolutely terrific at building up an unsettling atmosphere and contributing to the horror. The screech of a clothes hanger is filled with dread. The not-correctly-balanced background dialogue of shoppers in a department store.

The soundtrack by Cavern of Anti-Matter is retro-infused and akin in atmospherics to Goblin's soundtrack for Suspiria.
