@BioStew I saw a great talk about R-Shiny from the Brazilian Digital Library of Thesis and Dissertations at #openrepo2019! Shiny sounded like an amazing package for building data analysis web apps. They had one example app on GitLab: gitlab.com/luccaramalho/bdtd-2018On Internet Archive
