        It's not the main thrust of the piece but there's some choice thoughts about pedagogy in here too: "I don't think we can divorce theoretical work and pedagogy."

          I thought of @preater during the last section where bell hooks appears in the discussion and drops the mic on this cultural studies conference and its perpetuation of bad practices re. pedagogy and power hierarchies.
