      Open-source software is among the most reliable in the world (Apache HTTP server, MySQL, Android, Linux) and, certainly for library systems, is no worse than the proprietary systems which are difficult to use and do not work properly.

    Libraries would rather use software provided by companies that work with enforcement agencies and that don't meet the requirements of the BDS Movement than 'risk' using open-source software.
